January 20th – February 1st – District Scout Fair Kick-offs

(District host Scout Fair Kick-off in their district)- For Eagle Trail Will be Thursday, Jan.6 @ South Main Baptist, 2nd floor @ 6:30pm

February 1st – Scout Fair Coupon Pack Sales Begins

February 23rd – Scout Fair 5% Bonus Turn-in Deadline -(TBA) fill out information request on home page to receive notice on time and location, or email stephen.deleon@shac.org or text 832-814-8356 to get update. Same for other turn in dates

March 22nd – Scout Fair 3% Bonus Turn-In Deadline

April 5th –

· Scout Fair 1% Bonus Turn-In Deadline

· Scout Fair Close-Out Deadline (to receive Commission Check at Scout Fair)

· Cliff Hanger Winners Deadline (to be recognized at Scout Fair in presentation)

April 10th – Scout Fair Top 3 District Sellers Due -(Email stephen.deleon@shac.org or text 832-814-8356)

April 13th – Scout Fair Set-Up- (From that Friday 5-9pm and Saturday morning 8am to 10am)

April 14th – Scout Fair Day- (from 10-4pm, parking $10 per vehicle includes trailers. If you have trailer you can get your vehicle and trailer for $12 by registering early online and can leave and return, turn in all outstanding coupon by 12 noon)

April 15th – Scout Fair Commissions drop to 10%

May 1st – Scout Fair Commissions drop to 5%

May 31st – Scout Fair Close-Out Deadline

(No commissions paid on monies turned in after this date)
