Pinewood Derby 2012

Each scout must be registered separately.  Parents & siblings may register separately below as well.

This Years Pinewood Derby WILL NOT INCLUDE SMASH DERBY

We will also be having a Non Scout Pinewood Derby Race open to the public for leaders, parents, & friends to compete!

What To Bring

• Scout uniform, Field or Activity (any scout t-shirt) for registered scouts

• Pinewood Car and/or Smash Car

• Money for concession stand

• ABSOLUTLEY NO GRAPHITE ALLOWED INTO THE BUILDING!!!!!  NO WET LUBRICANT… ONLY DRY LUBRICANT ALLOWED!!!  Those cars not conformed to specific rules and regulations will be disqualified.  

 

Categories

All cubs will compete against their own rank. Metals will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in ranks as well as 1st, 2nd, and 3rd for overall fastest cars.  Trophies will also be given for 1st and Runner Up for Most Unusual, Most Colorful and Best Design.  Trophies will also be given for 1st, 2nd and 3rd for Smash Derby (Double Elimination).
